Ingrid advises and represents Swiss and foreign individuals and companies in domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings. Her practice focuses on white collar crime, debt collection and insolvency law, as well as corporate and contract law. She regularly advises and supports clients on a wide range of legal matters.
Ingrid graduated from the University of Fribourg Law School (MLaw) in 2007 and spent a semester at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). She was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2011. In 2015, she obtained a LL.M. from the University of New South Wales (Australia) and attended courses which counted towards the LL.M. with the University of Sydney and East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai. Following several years of practice at international law firms, the District Court of Dietikon (Zurich), and at the legal department of an international reinsurance company, she joined Klein in 2012. Ingrid became Partner in 2020.
