Frank assists our clients with all tax–related matters, such as setting up international tax–compliant structures and seeking tax advantages for individuals and corporations. He specialises in helping individuals and companies in various fields, from relocations, succession- and estate–planning, real estate investments, and transfer pricing to voluntary disclosures and mutual assistance in tax-related matters.  

Frank obtained his law degree in 2002 from the University of Groningen (Netherlands). He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Amsterdam and lectured at the University of Amsterdam at the Faculty of Fiscal Economics. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). In 2010, he started as wealth planner at ABN AMRO Bank/Union Bancaire Privée in Zurich. In 2021 Frank completed the Executive MBA at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). Frank is founding partner of Schut & Partner Tax Advisors, a company specialising in advising internationally active private clients and corporations in their tax affairs. He joined Klein as Counsel in 2020.
