Klein advised its client with the purchase of a PC-24 aircraft

Klein successfully advised its client with the purchase of a Pilatus PC-24 aircraft. Klein assisted on all legal aspects of the purchase, which included, amongst others, the negotiation and preparation of all relevant transaction documents as well as the coordination and the completion of the closing.
