Successful closure of the sale of Bombardier Global 6000

Klein successfully advised its client in the sale of a Bombardier Global 6000 aircraft. Klein assisted on all legal aspects of the sale, which included the negotiation and preparation of all relevant transaction documentation as well as the coordination and the completion of the closing.
