Cem Arikan supports his clients primarily in the areas of insurance, international carriage of goods, aviation and maritime law, as well as international trade and distribution. As a litigation lawyer, he represents and advises his clients in national and international proceedings before state courts and international arbitral tribunals.

Cem Arikan graduated from the law school of the University of Zurich in 2006. After passing the bar admission and practicing law inhouse, he pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Cape Town where he obtained his LLM degree.

As of 2025, Cem Arikan joined Klein Rechtsanwälte as a partner. Prior to this, he was a partner at a Zurich-based business law firm.
