Marco advises and represents Swiss and foreign companies and individuals in all kinds of real estate, merger and renewable energy transactions, and commercial disputes, as well as in contract law matters, particularly distribution, labour and tenancy law. He has acted as counsel to parties in numerous cases before state courts and domestic and international arbitral tribunals, and advises private clients in trust and art law matters.
After graduating from the Law School of the University of Zurich (Lic.iur.) in 1997, Marco was awarded an LL.M. degree from the Law School of the University of Sydney (Australia) in 2006. He was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2001 and worked as clerk and chairman of the Conciliation Authority in Tenancy Matters at a Zurich District Court and as an associate in a leading business law firm in Zurich before joining Klein in 2011.
